Elm Point Business Park Bldg. Sells for $2.6M

Lou and Mark Helmsing purchased the 87,455-square-foot industrial facility at 100-110 Teduke Court in Saint Charles, MO, from Mogil Realty LLC for $2.62 million or about $30 per square foot.

The investment property was built in 1998 and is in the Elm Point Business Park. Most of the building's space is available for lease, according to CoStar information.

Mark Zvibleman of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller, while Keith Schneider, Ben Cahill and Mike Statter of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the buyer.
