Tyco Electronics Corp. sold 3165 Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville, NC, to Aeroflow Healthcare for $1.45 million, or approximately $59 per square foot.

The property is a freestanding, fully air-conditioned manufacturing facility in south Asheville. The Class B industrial property is 24,521 square feet.
