Confluence Solar leased 45,620 square feet at 1600 Park 370 Place in Hazelwood. The solar technology company is expanding from its current 17,860-square-foot space in August.
The 144,400-square-foot warehouse was constructed in 2001 in the North County Industrial submarket.
