Noble Americas Moving to Four Stamford

Noble Americas signed a 33,645-square-foot lease at Four Stamford Plaza in Stamford, CT.

The 15-story, 261,000-square-foot office building at 107 Elm St. was built in 1979. The building has recently undergone a multi-million dollar interior and exterior capital improvement project.

Brett Sherman of Angel Commercial represented Noble Americas in the transaction. Margaret Carlson and Joseph Artusa, represented the landlord, RFR Realty, in-house.
