Harris Bankcorp Inc. purchased 1.26 acres of land in West Bend, WI, from Pranke Holding for $1.1 million, or about $881,000 per acre.

Harris Bankcorp plans to use land for a new bank building, due to be completed in March 2010.

Thomas Treder of Commercial Property Associates Inc. represented the seller. John Kardelis of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
