Cassidy Turley Adds Vast Experience

Cassidy Turley has named Peter Ruggiero and Lisa Birrittieri as managing director and vice president of U.S. Capital Markets, respectively. They join the newly formed Cassidy Turley after experiencing success as part of Colliers Investment Services Group.

Ruggiero has more than three decades of experience in investment sales and financing. He headed up a team of more than 50 senior investment sales professionals as national managing director of the Colliers Investment Services Group. His team completed more than $60 billion in transactions. Prior to joining Colliers, Ruggiero was a senior executive at Prudential Real Estate Investors.

Birrittieri joined Colliers in 2004 as practice group manager for six to eight specialty practices. In 2006, she was named vice president of Colliers’ Investment Services Group. Prior to Colliers, Birrittieri was with State Street Global Advisors for 10 years. She served as international business liaison for a number of global locations.
