KBAS LLC acquired a retail building at 9131 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond from Pacific Realty Associates for $1.55 million, or about $54 per square foot.

The Arch Village Shopping Center property is a single-story, 29,926-square-foot, Class B retail anchor building constructed in 1976. Books-A-Million is the former tenant.
