Nathan's Famous Inc. just signed a lease for 13,189 square feet of office space at 1 Jericho Plaza in Jericho, NY.
The two-building office complex measures 640,000 square feet and was built in 1980. It sits on 52 acres in the Eastern Nassau submarket.
Vincent LaManna of CBRE and Jeffrey Lichtenberg of Fountainhead Enterprises represented the tenant. Adam E. Rochlin of The Rochlin Organization represented the landlord.
