South Orlando Industrial Sells for $7.3M
Largest Single Building Industrial Sale in Second Half of 2009

Eisenberg Investment Group LLC purchased the industrial building at 8751 Skinner Court in Orlando's Beeline Industrial Park for $7.25 million, or $58 per square foot. Located just south of the Florida Mall, the 125,775-square-foot facility is fully leased to American Tire Distributors.
The sale is the largest single-building industrial transaction in the second half of the year in south Orlando.
Jeff Morris with Jones Lang LaSalle listed the building for seller, Liberty Property Trust. Deborah Mickler and Forrest Askew of Colliers Arnold's Industrial Services Group represented the buyer in this sale.
"While investors are looking for bargain-basement pricing, we elected to purchase a fair, long term investment," said Jay Eisenberg, managing partner of Eisenberg Industrial Partners, the parent company of Coral Springs-based Eisenberg Investment Group.
