Sweet Cream Properties Little Canada purchased just under an acre of land at 2880 Rice St. in Little Canada, MN, from The Village at Little Canada, LLC for $505,000.
The land will be the future home of a retail restaurant building of approximately 4,000 square feet. Sweet Cream Properties will be operating the facility as a Culver's Restaurant. Delivery is slated for November.
Rob Kost of Sherman Associates Inc. represented the seller. A buyer broker was not involved.
