Rowley and Flagler Unite in South Florida

Flagler Real Estate Services LLC is absorbing the Rowley Group LLC to create Florida’s leading integrated commercial real estate services provider. It was a joint decision made by Stephen "Pike" Rowley, president of Rowley Group, and Jose Hevia, president and CEO of Flagler.

Rowley will take on the role of president of Flagler Real Estate Services LLC, handling the firm's brokerage, property management and asset management business, which includes the recently launched Asset Solutions Group.

"In a small boutique company, you’re limited as to the number and size of institutional clients that you can serve, and Flagler really has no limitations," said Rowley. "My shop was really looked at as a South Florida provider, and this really extends the reach geographically and the width and breadth of the client base."

Additionally, the partnership is a reunion for Rowley, who previously served as director of Codina Realty Services, the predecessor of Flagler, from 1998 to 2005.
