Rising Roll Gourmet, a franchisor with 13 lunch café/catering locations in CO, GA, NC, SC, TN and TX, will be expanding into Arizona.
The company named Scot Wilson as an area director. Wilson's focus will be to open 15 new Rising Roll locations in the state over the next five years.
Rising Roll was launched in 1996 and started franchising in 2003.
The typical size of a restaurant is 1,200 to 2,000 square feet.
