Private Owner Sells North Haven Property

A private owner sold the office building at 37 Broadway in North Haven, CT to Williams Walsh & O’Connor LLC for $1.26 million, or $126 per square foot.
The 10,000-square-foot office building was constructed in 2001 in the North Haven submarket.
