Ram Cos. Inc. purchased the flex building at 234 Ballardvale St. in Wilmington, MA, from RREEF America LLC for $8.5 million, or about $84 per square foot.

The single-story, 100,225-square-foot flex building offers numerous amenities: heavy power, air-conditioning, buss ducts, 34 loading docks, on-site health dispensary and a full service cafeteria with a 3,400-square-foot seating area. The 234 Ballardvale property is within Route 93 Industrial Park, just 20 minutes from Boston and Logan International Airport.
