The Atlanta branch of CB Richard Ellis Inc. hired Bill Stauduhar as director of project management. He will manage and train project managers and support the office, retail and industrial brokerage teams and the asset services and capital markets divisions.
Stauduhar’s background includes construction management and general contracting. He is the former senior regional director of development for Marriott Vacation Club International and he’s currently a partner in a small real estate firm. Stauduhar spent 10 years at BECK and also worked with two international owner/developers where he helped develop a 550,000-square-foot industrial park and a 400,000-square-foot retail power center. His past clients include Nielsen Media Research, Allstate Insurance, Federated Department Stores, Mills Corp. and Highwoods Properties.
“Mr. Stauduhar’s experience as an owner, owner’s representative, development manager and a project manager gives him a broad perspective of every aspect of real estate development, design and construction,” said Todd Schmitt, CBRE’s managing director of project management. “His experience as a CM/GC also benefits our clients by providing better oversight of the construction process.”
