Software Firm Makes Long-Awaited Expansion From SanFran Financial District; Inks 107,500-SF Deal
Salesforce.com, a provider of customer relationship management software, leased the entire 900 Concar Drive building in San Mateo. The move represents a long-anticipated expansion from One Market St. in San Francisco's Financial District.
Previous negotiations for expansion in the Financial District had fallen through at the last minute, terminating other deals dependent on the Salesforce move earlier this year.
Delivered in 2003, the five-story, Class A office building measures 107,569 square feet. Siebel Systems occupied 900 Concar Drive prior to being acquired by Oracle.
