New Commercial Real Estate Company in St. Louis

Gary Parker, Dan Merlo, and Dan Dokovic have banded together to form Principal Commercial Real Estate Co., a full service commercial real estate firm that offers a wide range of brokerage, management and financial services.

Parker, founder and CEO and former partner at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, will oversee all leasing, sales, investment and brokerage aspects of the new company.

Dokovic, founder and COO, will handle the daily operations associated with marketing, information technology, communications and research.

Merlo, founder and president, will direct the company's business units and support the firm's service and principal activities.

As a team, Parker, Dokovic, and Merlo have accumulated more than $1.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
