Law Firm to Occupy 80,000 SF in St. Louis
The law firm Polsinelli Shughart is consolidating its office in Clayton, MO, to the Deloitte Building in St. Louis, where it signed a renewal and expansion for more than 80,000 square feet.
The 12-story Deloitte building was built in 1986 at 100 S. 4th St. Polsinelli Shughart is moving its office at Pierre Laclede Center to the building, where it will occupy three full floors and two partial floors this fall.
Jay Holland and Piers Pritchard of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the landlord, Harbor Group International. Henry Voges and Phil Leibow of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
