Marina Foods Pays $4.5M for Fremont Bldg.
Green Valley Sells 30,084 at Retail Condo Development

Marina Foods, an East Bay-based Asian grocer, acquired a 30,084-square-foot freestanding cold shell structure from Green Valley Corp. for $4.5 million, or about $150 per square foot.
Building A at 46100 Warm Springs Blvd. is on 4.66 acres, and Marina Foods is scheduled to open next month. The property is part of the new retail condo development, Fremont Times Square, which is approximately 95,000 square feet.
