RomaCorp Moves to Lake Point III
Restaurant Chain Owner Signs 5-Year Deal in Orlando

RomaCorp Inc., owner of the Tony Roma's restaurant chain, signed a 9,033-square-foot lease in the Lake Point III building in Orlando. The five-year lease commences this month.
Located at 6300 Hazeltine National Drive, the 35,000-square-foot flex building was built in 1986. It is part of the Lake Point Business Park.
