The Pastorino Land Co. sold the Chili's Restaurant at 1403 Locust St. in Walnut Creek, CA, to Garo Keadjian for $2.3 million, or about $398 per square foot.

Built in 1990, the property is on 0.1446 acres on the west corner of Locust Street and Cypress Street. The 5,778-square-foot retail building is zoned PR and was built in 1990.
