Blu Dot Leases 61,000 SF in Rogers

Blu Dot leased 61,000 square feet at the AMB Rogers Distribution Center in Rogers, MN. The locally based furniture design & manufacturing company takes occupancy in September for a term of 68 months.

The 147,160-square-foot facility at 13150 George Weber Drive has 36 docks, two drive-in bays and a 32-foot clearance height. It is slated to deliver in September.
