DHR International Inc. purchased the Woods Mill Pointe office building at 425 S. Woods Mill Road in Town and Country, MO, in an auction from ASB Capital Management Inc. for $7.7 million, or about $97 per square foot.

The four-story, 79,566-square-foot building was built in 1989 and is 92 percent occupied. ASB has invested $11 million in upgrades to the property, which is anchored by Burns & McDonnell Engineers.

Matt Darin of Hilco Real Estate and Paul Hilton of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller. DHR was self-represented in the purchase.
