Commercial investment firm Coastline Management Group Inc. purchased the Office Depot at 19400 - 19410 N.W. 27th Ave. in Miami Gardens, FL, from developer Echion USA for $3.83 million, or about $185 per square foot.

The 20,810-square-foot retail building delivered in 2008 in the Hialeah Gardens submarket, across from Super Wal Mart. Office Depot has 13 years left on its lease.
