Edina Couriers Buys Facility for $2.8M
Mill End Textiles Sells 48,025-SF Manufacturing Bldg.

Edina Couriers acquired the industrial facility at 10100 Crosstown Circle in Eden Prairie, MN, from Mill End Textiles for $2.76 million, or $58 per square foot.
The 48,025-square-foot manufacturing building was constructed in 1980 in the Southwest Industrial submarket.
Ron Scholder of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller.
