ThinkEquity Partners subleased 20,161 square feet of office space at the Transamerica Pyramid at 600 Montgomery St. in San Francisco's Financial District.
The research and investment banking firm signed a deal for 4.6 years. It plans to occupy the entire 8th floor in June. Bank of America formerly occupied the space.
Transamerica Pyramid is a landmark 48-story, Class-A office building totaling 484,545 square feet. The property offers on-site management, 24-hour security, full service concierge, covered parking with auto detailing and valet services, banking and dry cleaning.
