Brix Hospitality LLC sold the Comfort Inn at 42-24 Crescent St. in Long Island City, NY, to Dans Global Hotels LLC, of Queens, for approximately $20.5 million or $256,250 per room.

The property was constructed in 2002 and measures 31,500 square feet. The hotel property stands seven stories in northwest Queens. It has 80 guest rooms, meeting and banquet facilities, and business center with fax/copy services. Some of the amenities include: wireless Internet free of charge, fitness center and street parking only.
