Software developer VinSolutions subleased 16,861 square feet at Cloverleaf No. 3 at 6405 Metcalf Ave. in Overland Park, KS. It is scheduled to take occupancy in March.
Cloverleaf No. 3 is a five-story, 79,448-square-foot office building constructed in 1970 in the Northeast Johnson County submarket.
