Equity Residential Properties, the Chicago-based apartment company, sold a portfolio of 686 apartments in southeastern Wisconsin to the Mandel Group. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The portfolio consists of three apartment complexes:
* The Plum Tree Apartments, a 332 units complex at 10455 W. College Ave. in Hales Corners;
* The Ravinia Apartment Complex, a 206-unit development at 4280 S. Ravinia Drive in Greenfield; and,
* The Woodlands of Brookfield, with 148 units at 790 Lakeview Drive.
Built between 1987 and 1991, all three complexes have amenities such as private entrances, outside pools, clubhouses and fitness centers.
