Salvation Army Leases 78,980 SF in Houston

The Salvation Army, a nonprofit organization, leased 78,980 square feet of industrial space at the Hempstead Distribution Center in Houston.

The 111,197-square-foot, Class B industrial building was built in 1999 and is at 8017 Pinemont Drive. The building features 26 loading docks and a clear height of 24 feet.
