Wilnew Realty Corp. sold the office building at 26 W. 47th St. to Extell Diamond Tower LLC for $16 million.
Built in 1900, the seven-story, 11,410-square-foot building is comprised of 11 office units overtop a vacant ground-floor retail space. It sits on the south side on W. 47th St., between Fifth and Sixth avenues.
Included in the building sale was 12,691 square feet of development air rights.
Paul Massey, Mark Spinelli and Kyle Mast of Massey Knakal Realty Services represented both parties in the transaction.
