Green Tea Land trust sold about 60 acres in Caseyville, IL, to Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers for $2.7 million, or about $45,577 per acre.
The entire tract has almost 1,500 feet of frontage on I-64. Ritchie Brothers, a heavy equipment auction company, plans to build a permanent auction site on the property.
