Footwear retailer DSW Shoe Warehouse leased 14,019 square feet at the Bear Creek Village shopping center in Redmond, WA. The 10-year deal commences in March 2010.

The 175,000-square-foot shopping center at 17106 - 17262 N.E. Redmond Way was built in 1976 and features a strong lineup of tenants, featuring Safeway Grocery and Rite Aid.
