The retail building at 455 Salem Place in Fairview Heights, IL, sold for $1.9 million or $103 per square foot, in a sale between private investors.
The 18,500-square-foot freestanding building was constructed in 2000 on a 1.3-acre parcel in the Metro East Illinois Retail submarket.
