Walsroder Packaging LLC renewed its lease with Morgan Realty Partners for 43,621 square feet at 7330 S. Madison St. in Willowbrook, IL. The sausage casing wholesaler and distributor has been in the building since 2002 and renewed for an additional 52 months.

Built in 2002, the building features 24-inch clear heights, which are critical for the distributor's operation. The property also has 98 surface parking spaces, four drive-in doors and easy access to the four-way interchange at Route 83 and Interstate 55.
