LookSmart, a search advertising network and management company, has relocated to 55 Second St. in San Francisco from 625 Second St. The move should be complete by November.
The firm subleased the former seventh-floor space of KPMG. The 26-story, 391,116-square-foot office building was constructed between 2000 and 2002 and is owned and managed by Hines. It has earned the government's Energy Star label for energy efficiency for four consecutive years.
Mark McGranahan of Cushman & Wakefield represented LookSmart, while Phillip Tippett of CB Richard Ellis represented KPMG in the sublease.
