As a field researcher, I’m on my own every day. So I take great pride on the accuracy of the data that’s posted within our products. That’s me. That’s my data. My cousins hear about what I do and ask, “Where can I get a job like that?” It’s the kind of work you like doing from the day’s first property all the way through to the last one.

Lavanya Reddy : Technical Manager

I manage a team of highly talented professionals. While we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves seriously. One of us might break into a dance to relieve tension. CoStar really encourages us to develop our skills. If your interests are strictly technical, you’re supported with continuous training. If you’re more interested in management, that path is open to you, too. 

Scott Gabor : Account Executive

When I was a staffing recruiter, CoStar was one of my clients. When the time came to make a switch, I asked myself, “Which one of my clients would I work for?” Most people don’t have that inside knowledge. I did. I knew CoStar was the very best at what they do. What makes more sense than working for the best? It was the smartest career move I ever made. 

Trish Gray : Major Accounts Manager

I started as a researcher. But I knew I wanted to get on the legal side of the business. So after about six months here, I interviewed for an opening in our contracts group. I now lead accounting’s major accounts team. I feel very fortunate. My team and I are at the center of many high profile projects, including working with our top clients. To top it off, I’m nearly finished with law school. 

Janet Nguyen : Director, Employee Relations & Benefits

With CoStar, the pace is quick and there are fewer layers of management. That usually means if you’re self-motivated and a hard worker, you’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy and responsibility executing the company’s goals. To be honest, the experience I’ve had here would take me 10 years to gain elsewhere. CoStar is about passion and never accepting the status quo.
